A collaborative effort between Osborn Architects and Engineers of Cleveland, Ohio and ASD Stanley J. How Architects of Omaha, Nebraska. While the design of the building was primarily completed by Osborn Architects and Engineers, the project allowed a split in construction document production between the two architectural firms with ASD Stanley J. How Architects taking the lead in contract administration.
