The project included gutting of Omaha’s first skyscraper the original 1910 City National Bank building. The Chicago Style brick and steel office building was converted into an urban apartment building with the basement remodeled into mechanical and storage areas, the first floor into retail and office lease spaces, lobby and leasing office and floors 2 through 16 into apartment spaces.
