The project consisted of a total façade remodel of more than 1,380 lineal feet of existing retail building in Southwest Omaha. Major anchor stores included Office Depot, Burlington Coat Factory, T.J. Maxx, and Dollar Tree.

• Two new center signage towers
• New façade lighting and decorative awnings
